Individual counselling will provide you with support on a one-to-one basis within a confidential and safe environment. Here, you can explore your thoughts and feelings and make sense of long-standing patterns of thinking and behaviour. Counselling can increase your understanding, confront destructive patterns and move you towards beneficial change.


Counselling in Business – Provision of counselling and support to organisations where stress levels are affecting the healthy functioning of employees. A benefit of this service is that, apart from meeting compliance standards, it can improve the quality of life for everyone in the work setting.


Counselling can be an invaluable resource to HR departments. In consultation with Jacqui Craig, a bespoke solution to your counselling requirements can be agreed.
